Dave Fritz serves as Manufacturing Operations Advisor of Worl Precision. Dave is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in industrial and global operations, primarily in the industrial gas and specialty chemical sectors.
As former President and CEO of ACME Cryogenics, he led the company’s mission-critical manufacturing of cryogenic gas systems, overseeing four U.S. manufacturing sites, expanding facility capacity, and driving strategic growth through the acquisition of Cryogenic Experts (CEXI).
Prior to ACME, Dave held key leadership roles at Air Products and Chemicals, where he developed expertise in operational excellence, global support services, and cross-functional team leadership.
He is recognized for his strategic insight, innovative problem-solving, and ability to mentor leaders at all levels.
Dave holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, supplemented by executive leadership training, and is committed to process optimization, continuous improvement, and delivering results in complex business environments.
